Reaktion.com, a leading SaaS ecommerce marketing platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive success within the ecommerce and marketing sectors. This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing the lead-to-customer journey.
Reaktion.com is a SaaS ecommerce marketing platform improving marketing results and creates ecommerce business insights for more than 1.000 ecommerce stores and 75 ad agencies in the Nordics.

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing valuable relationships with potential clients and agencies in the ecommerce and marketing space in the Nordics.
Problem-Solving: handle support issues, account setup deep dives, identify and solve issues due to wrong settings or other trouble shooting investigations.
Client Engagement: Be responsible for our email and ticket customer support and customer care for both agency partners and ecommerce customers.
Strategy Enhancement: Contribute to the development of our sales and onboarding strategy.
Collaborate on improving self-serve: Contribute ongoing to improve self-serve via our helpcenter, AI chat bot, identify product improvements to reduce friction and decrease support tickets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine the customer journey and ensure client satisfaction.
Must Have: Experience and knowledge about online marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics. Also a BIG plus if you have an understanding and knowledge about tracking. (We are a ecommerce tracking & operating platform)
